The 10 criteria we cover in detail are:
- Revenue growth: Rates the revenue growth rate (in %) over the past 5 years (subject to reporting) cleaned for outliers
- Organic growth: Rates the revenue growth rate (in %) adjusted to normalise for the impact of M&A and present a consistent growth rate
- Gross margin: Categorizes the gross margin (in % of revenue) as reported over the past 5 years - more details in the financials
- EBITDA margin: Categorizes the EBITDA margin (in % of revenue) as reported over the past 5 years - more details in the financials
- Cash conversion: Categorizes the Cash conversion (in % of EBITDA) as reported over the past 5 years - more details in the financials
- Cyclicality: Considers the cyclicality of business performance with GDP in the respective country of HQ
- Revenue visibility: Rates the business model of the company with regard to the (contractual) recurrence of business and thus revenue projection - more details in the business section
- Market position: Rates the company in its competitive positioning within their industry - more details in the market section
- Multinational: Considers the internationality of company with regard to its sales (not of business operations) - more details in the business section
- Buy-and-build: Rates the M&A activity of the company based on historical transactions - more details in the ownership section
