What to know
Deal sheets summarise everything you need to know for any transaction.
You get a summary of who was involved, what the terms and metrics were and our intelligence, with linked profiles behind every Deal.
Headline details: who, what, and when
Every Deal Alert begins with a clear snapshot of the transaction.
The title follows a simple format ("Deal - Target") and includes the main financials such as enterprise value, valuation multiples, funding amount, or stake acquired.
For Live Deals, you’ll also see the current process stage, valuation range, and latest updates verified by our intelligence originators.
These are refreshed continuously as the process evolves.
Participants and deal roles
Each alert lists every verified party in the transaction, showing the complete picture of who was involved. It includes:
- The buyer or investor
- The seller or exiting shareholders
- A short summary of the target company’s business and financials.
- Advisors are shown for both sides of the deal
Where available, key deal team members - the executives, bankers, lawyers, or partners directly involved - are also shown to give visibility into the individuals shaping the transaction.
Context and background
Deal intelligence is included to explain the rationale and context behind the deal - such as strategic intent, timing, and any disclosed conditions.
For Live Deals, this section is updated in real time as new details emerge or as participants and valuations are confirmed.
All data points are sourced and verified by our research and intelligence teams. At the bottom of each alert, you’ll find linked sources for full transparency.
