A Company on Gain.pro represents the entire business enterprise.

A Subsidiary is a Company that has been acquired by another Company.

A Legal Entity is a specific registered entity that may be part of a larger corporate structure.

We link legal entities to the associated Company, map the relevant ownership tree and present consolidated financials where available to provide a complete picture of a Company's performance.

You can also access legal entity specific profiles which include the divisional or entity-level financials that roll up into the consolidated Company (or "TopCo") that we typically profile.
