FAQs
What's the difference between email and news preferences?
-
Email preferences control the summary digests you receive in your inbox, such as a weekly update on your Watchlists
-
News feed preferences control the live, real-time deal news you see on your Gain.pro homepage
If I change my display currency, what rate is the local currency translated at?
-
We translate from local / reported currency to your display currency at a constant currency rate that is shown when choosing your display currency
-
We update these rates on a monthly basis, and translate all historical financials at the same rate to remove the impact of FX volatility from display units
-
The Excel export will typically include values in both display and the local currency for completeness
Can I turn off all email notifications?
- Yes. You can visit the "Email preferences" section and toggle off all categories of email updates to stop receiving them
